This policy describes what Ocean Dream Events collects through this website, why, and how it's stored - written to match what the site actually does, not a generic template.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site - the contact form, a registration form, a rate card request, a brief, an availability check, a vendor application, or a partner inquiry - we collect what that form asks for: typically your name, email and/or phone number, and your company or business name. Some forms also ask for specifics relevant to the request, such as a product category, an employee ID, or details of the event or campaign you're asking about.

We don't collect payment information through this website, and we don't use tracking or advertising pixels (see our cookie policy ).

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up by phone, email or WhatsApp.
• To keep a record of enquiries and registrations as part of our normal business records.
• For event/ticket registrations, to issue and verify your registration or ticket.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), Google Cloud's database service, accessible only to authenticated Ocean Dream Events staff through a password-protected admin system. Magic show ticket registrations are additionally recorded in a Google Sheet used to check for duplicate tickets. Outbound notification emails are sent via Gmail.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. It's processed by the infrastructure providers above (Google/Firebase) solely to run this website and our CRM.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and registration records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain our business records.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to request a correction or deletion, email admin@oceandreamevents.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
