Six steps, start to finish

  1. 1

    Check availability

Tell us the campus, formats and month. We confirm what's open - inventory is released first-confirmed, and each loop carries a fixed number of advertisers.

  2. 2

    Proposal & rate card

We send a costed plan against your objective and budget. Minimum three media units per campus. All commercials are exclusive of applicable taxes.

  3. 3

    Purchase order & payment

A purchase order is mandatory to block media spaces, with 100% advance payment against confirmed booking.

  4. 4

    Creative submission & approval

Send artwork to the specification on the formats page. All creatives are subject to approval by the participating tech park management.

  5. 5

    Install & go live

Lead time of 6 working days from receipt of PO, payment and final creatives.

  6. 6

    Run, swap & report

Your campaign runs every campus working day for the booked month, with one free creative swap and a run confirmation at close.

Still have questions

Frequently asked

What's the minimum booking?
A minimum of 3 media units per campus, sold in monthly increments.
How is availability worked out?
Each digital display runs a 3-minute loop split into 12 advertiser slots. Availability for any month is simply 12 minus the slots already sold. Static signage is sold exclusively, one advertiser at a time.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Bookings are non-refundable once media has been blocked and creatives have been submitted for approval - that's stated up front rather than in the fine print.
How do I know my creative actually played?
We confirm what ran at the end of the campaign today. An automated, self-serve proof-of-play report is on our roadmap.
What happens if a display has downtime?
Get in touch with us directly if you believe a booked slot didn't run as agreed, and we'll work it out with you. We don't yet have a published make-good policy - it's on our roadmap, and we'd rather say that plainly than promise a rule we haven't formalised.
